Obviously I understand that we are going through a pandemic, but I am not happy with the care of this surgery. I have been allowed to get prescriptions for nearly a year with no welfare checks and have just called question this while asking for a repeat prescription. The doctor will call if he feels its necessary, the doctor has not checked on me for nearly a year. They repeatedly tell us the nhs is open as normal, no its not! I also didnt appreciate not been given further information regarding my repeat prescription and as I was about to ask the question the receptionist saying bye and putting the phone down.
