Lazy staff, took my order and because that had no change wouldn't take my money, never said anything about not being about to pay with cash no signs out no nothing so I'd advise that you stay away. No stars from me

Thought id call the store for a collection order, no answer fine must be busy. Get in there go to the desk to not even be greeted with a smile! Asked what I wanted took my order. The staff member then walked around looking at what the others were doing. To be left waiting 10 minutes! Thought no problem theyre busy! however when your staff members are not doing anything when youve got customers waiting to order and disgusting attitude. Need to have a course within customer service. losing your business money not earning it!

The staff are lovely but it took them ages to make me a milkshake & waffle when the shop was empty. The milkshake didnt taste very nice to be honest, it was really sweet and clumpy at the bottom if that makes sense. The waffle was tasty though. Only knocked 1 star off as the staff were lovely and the waffle was nice

Cake pieces are a good size and desserts are tasty. However, the cheesecake slices are tiny for what you pay. And ordered a lemon sorbet, was just mini chunks of ice, rather than a sorbet.
