We used to send the lads down to get measured up and order the clothing as required.
It was 30 day invoicing but not now, I assume they have grown too big, as it appears the smaller companies and the friendly, common sense, attitudes no longer matter.
Depsite being a customer with them for a number of years (with a perfect credit rating) it is now cash on collection only or, if you need a trade account, it's a minimum 5k order per year - so no option to save card details, etc.
I know this sounds petty but the convenience for us to just get the lads to drop in and get their stuff when they need it, hassle-free, was a huge selling point.
Shame. Now it's no longer worth it.
