The staff on reception are so lovely and helpful, the doctors are extremely attentive and Ive always received amazing care. Like any other doctors, its hard to get an appointment without having to wait a week or two but the care is second to none.

How come you can see a doctor in the walk in centre and sit with 30 other people but cant see your local doctor,Trying to see doctor kali now is impossible..I phoned at 8 am to make a appointment when it does finally start ringing out nobody answers it was 9.10 when I finally got someone to answer by this time all the appointments had gone.

We moved the whole family to Dudley Wood Surgery c.8 months ago, very glad we did. The staff on reception are both friendly and helpful as are the doctors and nurses we have seen.

This surgery is great if you know you're going to be ill at least two weeks in advance. Appointments are impossible to get and old people always seem to get priority. As someone who requires a GP once every several years, I don't expect to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment. I know what's wrong with me, I just need to see a GP because of the archaic system we have that needs to be followed to get the medication I need. This surgery is the true vision of what the NHS will look like in the future. Give me the option to pay private to see a GP and I'll happily pay. You used to be able to book appointments online but for some reason, this has now been disabled (so all the old folks can get them?). Not sure why in this day and age I have to make a call to see a GP.
