        I never had any problems with the Dudley branch during my employment there. The office staff are supportive and approachable, i had my rota on a weekly basis. Good place to work.

        If you have Care concerns and want to speak to the Dudley Office , the Managers never speak to you.. You leave a message but they never call back! Very poor service !!

        This company is hard to work through out my experience its also hard to get days off to relax and its hard to get annual holiday pay. The office worker are racist and rough and the manager Stephen has no clue of whats happening. Dont recommend this company for work or care.
