        Amazed by bad reports which came up today when I signed in to the practice website. I have to say I have never encountered any bad attitude when speaking to a member of the practice on the telephone My calls have always been treated with respect and courtesy.

        Have been with this practice since it was Dr Walker and Dr Gemmill based in Grange Road. Ive always had excellent and friendly care for both myself and my parents. There are doctors closer to my home, but Im happy to travel to Dudley and be looked after by Eve Hill.
