I have just joined the practice, what a lovely start all the staff are so helpful.

All that people want is a decent frame time for a face to face appointment , every one else is working as normal people are still Ill but not getting to see a doctor

I have had a very strong flu for 3 weeks, fever, body aches, a lot of coughing and I call the Gpi every day and the only solution on the part of the Medical Center is to go to the pharmacy or call 111. I am completely disappointed with the your service because , I was transferred to this medical center more than 4 years ago and until today I have never been able to see a doctor. The decay of our medical services in the UK is visible and shameful...it is regrettable that the world does not know about this

Ive never had any problems with haden vale doctors been able to get appointment no problem

Can I just say a big thank you to all of the doctors and staff at this surgery. Ive never failed to get an appointment when Ive needed one (or had a telephone call), with my children getting the most attentive care possible. Ive heard many bad stories about GP practices but speak as you find, this one is fantastic. Im so grateful for all that you have done - thank you!
