Such helpful staff that really know their stuff about the cars they sell parts for. Quick and easy delivery, and any issues are handled very professionally. Would highly recommend Audi Parts West Midlands to anyone in search of a good, affordable second hand part for their vehicle.

AVOID!!!! Dishonest company. I purchased a boot lock via their eBay account as they advertised it would fit a F31 BMW but it arrived and it did not. I returned the item which costs me 3.99 of my own money, despite their false advertising and they accused me of tampering with the item to defraud them, but in reality their company advertising label was damaged while unpacking the item and was torn off. Despite offering an explanation for the label "customer service" continued to attack me and accused me of lying. Why would I return an item for the sake of it at my own cost only to purchase another one from another seller which was actually advertised correctly? This company has zero customer service, it is quite frankly unacceptable to accuse a customer of fraud for their mistake, I advise anyone with any self respect to avoid this company like the plague. To top it all off they contacted eBay to remove the negative feedback that was left after their response to my return. Going by other negative comments on eBay this seems to be a common occurrence with this seller. After speaking to eBay customer services they advised that the feedback should not have been removed and that this will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken against this seller. What a poor service you provide. You won't be able to wiggle out of this review, it will be here for all of your future customers to see, maybe use this as a lesson to improve your customer service skills going forward.
