        Wont be using again after fitters turned up and expected my elderly mother to rip up the old carpets. Not once was we told we had to do this. Sales man abrupt, cocky and arrogant. No thank you, avoid, as youre money and custom obviously means nothing to them.

        I had previously left a glowing review after having carpets fitted by this shop . However , after today's visit I won't be using them again . Need to train their staff in the art of customer care , I'll go elsewhere for my carpeting needs in future .
