Castle Meadows Surgery

Been going to this doctors since it was in the house always got to know the doctors, but now you see different ones everytime you go, and they are not very good, I like to get to know doctors not have ones that ask me about my tablets and all that it's on the computer in front of them they should know, the only ones there any good is Dr madgid and Gary but you can never get to see them, I really am considering changing my doctors if they can't start getting good doctors and keep them, instead of having hopeless ones all the time, this place is going down hill very very fast.

i have given the star rating 4. i would have given this surgery a star rating of 5 but they discharged me when i was really unwell because i had moved out of area. this is the best gp practice i have come across but the fact that i was really poorly and needed to get better first before they discharged me they ignored this. i was discharged, left with no gp and was really unwell which they were aware of. yes, going to A&E would have been an option, but imagine, with the current healthcare crisis this could have been handled better. The practice needs to put patient safety and care first. prioritising who they discharge first and not its most vulnerable patients.

Don't know what some of the reviews are talking about. My husband has had fantastic treatment from Dr Wood she has been absolutely brilliant could not have been better
