        Kevin from the Robot Store is a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgable, made sure the installation and commissioning of our first robot went smoothly. Always on hand to assist with technical and programming queries, which were many for us newbies! Our ABB is running well in its bespoke task of nailing and stacking timber components for potato boxes. Looking forward to working with him again in the near future.

        We purchased a refurbished Kuka machine in late 2021 and it was all installed with no difficulties, and beyond this any assistance and technical issues have been resolved promptly. The machine and its operation is totally new to our company so naturally we have required help on occasion to gain a better understanding of operation and this has been provided promptly. Great company to work with and I would highly recommend.
