On placing the order with a lead time of 2 weeks, I then received an email 4 days later to ask for vehicle details. Even though at checkout I had put in the reg plate & colour.they needed it clarified again! They have little to no idea where your hardtop/canopy/order is half the time, so will offer to call you back! Then dont. The whole ordering process is a shambles and they have no idea what stock they actually have. I did complain several times as they arent the cheapest, but nobody cared as they already had our money. Please if you place an order - be sure to check the items meticulously on delivery & dont accept if you arent happy. Myself and my partner work full time so had used a work address for delivery - because we couldnt check it over before accepting it? We didnt have a leg to stand on when complaining. There was sealant that was visible around windows, poor overspray on window frames and no instructions for any of the fitting. Are we happy with the canopy? Not really, but had already cancelled a holiday as the 2 week wait became 6 weeks from ordering to receiving it - after spending almost 3400 with them they offered a 250 refund to repair the torn leather and other issues. Unfortunately once you have fitted the item they wont allow you to return it, but its when youre fitting it you notice the problems.

mountain top sliding tray does not come with the sides as advertised, this is misleading. After ringing to be told these are now 279 Extra. Not good when fitting for a customer who is expecting what he has seen . Expensive Thule roof bar and hardtop canopy bars purchased at the same time made sure on order the colour was same , only for the rear bars to be wrong colour and not available in that style. Then to be told the sales person should have known that ? Overall not good

After fitting my hardtop i was asked "what do i want them to do with all the 'bits' they've removed? Do i want them to throw them in the skip?" What, the highly desirable Tonneau cover & trim that their sales rep told me was worth 500 - 900 on eBay. I felt insulted and it marred the whole experience. They didn't have my best interests in mind at all here, just chancing their arm that they may be able to keep and sell it on. They then topped it all off by putting the Tonneau gear in the boot and throwing a heavy metal stand of mine on top of it all, marking the trim in 2 places and de-valuing it. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers have succumbed to this ? Terrible customer service :(

I have a GLS hardtop fitted to my truck. Its only 18 months old and I have already had to repair the broken rear lock and I now have all round decayed and split window seals! Truckman have sent replacement parts but won't pay for them fitting! They have blamed weather condition, ammonia based cleaning products and jetwashes! As far as I am concerned the seals are made from defective or inadequate rubber. Do not buy one of these hard tops!
