        I am NOT IMPRESSED. I left my bank statements with them over a week ago in the hope the loan would have been sorted by now. I have emailed and phoned and NO ONE can tell me anything about the status of my application. The lady at the reception told me it would take up to 7 working days. This was last week Tuesday and still nothing. Now the reason I actually needed it and my plans have all gone completely out the window. I am very upset and nothing is being communicated to me just keep getting told to wait and wait. Not a good experience at all.
