Brilliant solicitors. Guided me through the process I needed right from the beginning. Everything was explained clearly, including the price. Thank you Jesse for all your help. Would highly recommend.

Let me tell you a tale. A woman calls a solicitors and asks if they do a payment plan, they say yes. She arrives and gives her account of a very traumatic situation. They then tell her they dont do a payment plan. The woman politely asks if they can let her know when the bill reaches 1000 they say they will. Spoiler alert.. they dont. She pays the first bill in full at 1.5k. She asks again if they can let her know when the bill reaches 1k. In the months following this, she attempts to contact her solicitor with no response at all. With the court date looming she tries again. Still no response. 2 days before the court date the solicitor calls her to arrange a chat before the hearing and decides its the best time to give her a 2.5k bill. The woman feels that she will have to represent her self unless a payment plan can be reached. The solicitor offers to do the important paperwork and send it off by dead lines for a fixed fee. The woman agrees. Another court date was given. After months and months of trying to reach her solicitor for her court bundle and documentation that she still has not received by the way, only the day before the hearing did she get a response. The solicitor told her that she would need to fully represent her self and he did not inform her that he did not do any of the work he was obliged to do, she only found that out when she was stood terrified and balling her eyes out infront of a judge being ripped apart because NOTHING had been done since the last court date. So in short Im up a creek without a paddle and I cant help but blame wrights solicitors. At any point they could have said we cant represent you but apparently the prime time was the day before the hearing and 1 month past all the dead lines. Now Im weighing up whether or not its worth writing a complaint because the chances are it will take months of time that I do not have and they will just find a way of getting out of it any way. That has been my experience
