As with all projects there have been some unexpected issues, little things that are probably ten a penny to those in the trade but are big things for you when it is a once in a lifetime project.
Mitch who is the 'gaffer' has been superb. Due to a small miscommunication we had an issue on day 1 but there was no quibbling, Mitch held his hands up, acknowledged the issue and just solved it. Nothing is too much trouble, he replies when he says he will, people turn up on time, they have all been great lads, graft hard but happy to have a chat too.
We have much smaller projects lined up for the future, this was the 'biggy' but without doubt the first firm we will call will be these.
We are not finished and I am sure I am not speaking too soon but my wife and I are delighted with Services: Demolition, General repairs & maintenance
