Stores got a good variety of English and American cosmetics and skincare, however the 1 star review is based on a recent experience in which I was accosted by 2 PCSOs in the store who staff had radio called, because staff thought I had something to do with a spate of shop-lifting incidents. I gave over my details, paid for what I was buying and I got out of there. The incident, which lasted a few moments, and involved me being questioned, was humiliating. Ive been into this store several times before, but I have NEVER stolen any item from any store, I know staff + the PCSOs they contacted were only doing their jobs, but I feel they were far too quick to judge in this instance.
