        I have trained in tae kwon do for years but learning lau gar kung fu from ken hault is great. The classes are fast paced, well taught, structured in a fun and technical way. All moves are thoroughly explained. The lessons are hard work but thats what you need! For self defence ken is one of the best instructors i am privileged to have trained under. Seriously check out Saracens!
