        Big thanks to Gordon and the rest of the staff for making me feel welcome as a new customer to the shop. Very wide selection on offer, and felt like a kid in a candy store! Was given plenty of time to ask questions and be shown items I wanted a look at. Never felt rushed even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Thanks for letting me try the Sig P365 with a fresh CO2! That was the cherry on top, and left a significant impression as a valued customer. Just sorry I couldn't have stayed longer... Brilliant first experience, all in all it won't be long before I'm back.

        I made an online order on a Saturday it was close to 700. Cut a long story short requested a refund monday via telephone, no issues the refund was issued had emailed confirmation within a few minutes. Money was back in my account 3 days later. Was extremely easy getting refunded.
