It is with great regret that I am leaving such a poor review but I have no choice. Kurt and Ross came to my property on behalf of Plumbproud for on 12th & 13th December to replace and relocate my old combo boiler and to fit a new towel rail in the bathroom. The work they did seemed fine and it wasnt until they left that there has been a mountain of problems as follows: 1. Due to installing new pipe work and drainage they have cracked my sewage down pipe and broken the other drainage from the bathroom running outside. 2. The hot water was not heating up properly so Plumbproud sent them back to check and Kurt had the worst attitude ever to me and my wife. After getting to my property late on the dark at 16.35 and sitting on my drive for half an hour I asked how he was and his reply was he would rather not be here. Then I tried to show him the guttering damage and his reply was I dont want to see that Ive seen the photos just show me whats wrong with you boiler. After inspection even though I proved to him and his colleague Ross that the hot water was taking too long to heat up they both said its not there problem its a boiler problem but Worcester will laugh at us and not come out. 3. I have had an engineer come out and inspect the damage and he has condemned the boiler as they did not sleeve the pipes and they are touching the concrete. 4. On inspection the towel rail wall bracket screw has been threaded so was left hanging loose so I have had to sort it myself. Its a total mess of a job and his attitude is so disrespectful and I am now looking at taking further action as Plumbproud are in breach of there own contract. I have been waiting for over a week since I sent the photos and the gas safe at risk report for the boiler and they have still not contacted me.
