Thank you PALS at RH hospital for helping me today. Not sure if I'm allowed to name names so I won't just in case. But a lovely lady made the relevant phone call which eventually enabled me to see my very poorly husband who also has dementia, for half an hour this afternoon when the ward had previously said I couldn't go. It was such a relief to see him after 4 days & I can't thank her & the matron she spoke to enough.
