I had all my windows and doors replaced in September 2018 and have been entirely satisfied. Through no fault of Hayley Windows, I have been having issues with my Front Door which was made by Solidor. Each time someone has been out to try and fix the problem. After further problem's with the door, Hayley Windows agreed to replace the door under the guarantee and today Bret and Jo came to replace it. They did a fantastic job, and Bret also strengthened the frame by putting longer screws into the brickwork. The whole thing is a lot more solid. I was very impressed with Bret who made sure that the job was done to a high standard. They were very courteous and cleaned up their mess before they left. First class job. Thanks Guys.

From start to finish we have been really impressed with the service received from the whole team. Laura has been so helpful with regards to choosing and ordering both windows and doors, and then Tanya and Kelly really lovely and efficient from an office contact point of view. The fitting team then (Bret, Joe and Joe) went over and above to get the project completed on time and thoroughly, despite having to negotiate a very prickly bush in the process! We are so pleased with the work Brett, Joe and Shawn completed on our conservatory update. They kept us informed of the process and what they needed to do throughout, were hardworking and tidy. Our new roof and sliding doors look amazing. Also thanks to Rob who project managed the whole process. Our 2nd great experience with Hayley windows!
