Tried 10 times to make an appointment but no one is answering the phone.

I took my late mother there. She needed just a checkup to see if she had any infections before starting chemotherapy. They wanted to clean her teeth. I explained what we was there for and didn't require treatment just a check. They then said they were going to give her a x-ray and tried to put a large plastic thing in her mouth. My mother was gagging so bad and crying. I had to yell at them to STOP. I then told them again that she was a cancer patient and just needed a check so she could have chemotherapy. Never never again.

The staff at Cradley were fantastic, it was a big job but with a little help from the road drill from the workers outside we got there
