Dentist Olga Varesi is a good dentist.Always carrying and good understanding.(unfortunately now she left). Nothing to complain about her. In reception they need some more fuels or better salaries I guess

Its details on Google and yell say its open on a Saturday- not true. But to be honest the last two times I've been there the receptionist seemed to be having personal calls and seemed reluctant to answer calls ..so who knows

Used here for a while and always been happy. Until now. Called to make appointment for filling and start partial denture. Waited 3 weeks and could only have filling. Waited another 3 weeks to be told my appointment was too late in day, even though I double checked with male receptionist. No call beforehand. They squeezed me in following week. Again I arrived to be told they weren't doing it, I was only there for emergency treatment. That had been dealt with 4 weeks previously. Then told me because of way appointments were it would take 2-3 months. I've already waited 7 weeks. I decided to go elsewhere but already paid some money in advance. Will get a refund on that but I'm going to have to wait for head office to sort it. All in all a 4-5 month wait for a partial denture.

I always see Deeba, she is always lovely. I've had a tooth removed today and Deeba and her nurse (I forgot her name so sorry!!) were so patient, kind and just really nice to me. They chatted the whole way through about just random things and that kept my mind occupied, which was exactly what I needed as I was so nervous about the procedure. I'd definitely recommend to anyone.
