We have dealt with this company for 10 years under different umbrellas as they appear to go bust at regular intervals.
We ordered products in December which never arrived, this company never answer their phone and take days to get back to you.
They were supposed to deliver items last Friday which never arrived. They turned up in an large lorry on Monday without a tail gate and the Polish driver refused to hand ball the items down. He spent 20 mins on the phone to his office by which time I had no time left to deal with him.
They now want 70 to redeliver the items, needless to say we will not be accepting this. Peartree Chemicals are the worst company we deal with in every way, we will be sourcing the products elsewhere.
