        Avoid this shop for amazon hub collections as their device to sign off never works. Went there to collect parcel in rush hour wait for 10 mins for my turn only to be told that they cant give me the parcel as there device is not working when i told them that they can do it manually in their system as they did it before in one occasion the person at the till get annoyed and tell me to talk to the management. My only concern is that they are not doing business with Amazon for free then why to get irritated with costumers when they come for the collection. Why not putting sign post to say Amazon collection is not available so people dont waste their time in a queue. And informing Amazon not to send deliveries. Disappointing and questionable behaviour.
