        Drove from Cannock and walked in was met by three people. A gentleman and two ladies. The one woman was really helpful and nice and she said it was lunch hour and to come back at 2 (8 minutes time) she was then rudely interrupted by the gentlemen proclaiming "is that door open!" While all the time a sour faced woman sat at a desk frustratedly stirring a cupasoup. Apart from the one lady who tried the gentlemen was rude and the other woman needs a personality transplant. Saying this was front of house I will never buy or recommend the sweets to anyone. Very disappointed with the debacle of a shop. Shame on you teddy Grey's.
