I had a problem with my laptop, it kept turning off, not only did Darren fix this issue, he explained it clearly and found another issue which was fixed. My laptop is working great now. It was done in good time. Between Christmas and new year, my PC I use to work from home stopped booting up. I needed a quick resolution. Darren came down on the same day of ringing. After he identified an issue on the motherboard, he dropped a message explaining that the it could be replaced but there is risk that it may not bring the PC back to life as there could be problems elsewhere which could lead to increase costs. He'd dropped the PC back the next day where he showed me close up photos of the motherboard with burned out components. I took the risk myself and replaced the motherboard which worked out well. I couldn't have done it without his diagnosis so very grateful for his work and honesty. 10 it cost for his efforts which I was more than happy to pay. Highly recommend.
