I normally go to old hill caf where they're very nice and welcoming and the food is beautiful but unfortunately they were closed so I tried kiras cafe... Honestly shocked at the level of customer service the young girl on the front counter was rude and spent more time talking than anything asked for crispy bacon and egg sandwich which came back as charcoal to the point it was basically inedible the egg was also well over cooked and wait was long I wouldn't recommend at all and I won't be returning.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusted with the service Ive received here today. Ive never met somebody so rude! Our usual place is closed for the week so we decided to try here and what a mistake this was. The place was dirty despite being empty, they spent 10 minutes chatting to each other before starting my sandwich and the lady behind the counter could honestly win an award for the amount of foul language she used in one sentence. I had my young daughter with me and they didnt seem to care at all. It doesnt help that the food was below average too. We definitely wont be returning and we dont recommend you do either.
