We will deliver on Monday
We cant deliver on Monday, it will be Wednesday

So my plastering crew turned up to no materials. Off to another job then
So thanks TP thats the second time you have pulled the accident excuse.
By the way, a local firm in Tipton agreed a price fully 40 cheaper and delivered in 3 hours. That is customer service.
TP are a shower, staffed by incompetents ( you know who you are, sweets) and disingenuous sales and management.
I tried to complain on the TP website but thats hopeless too.
Avoid these cowboys and girls at all costs.
