        Absolutely awful service. Spent 350 on building materials. Arranged tradesmen to assist unload and start work. We will deliver on Monday We cant deliver on Monday, it will be Wednesday Well deliver between 7:30 and 9:00am, its the first drop on Wednesday The delivery lorry has been in an accident We can put the delivery on a van Oh, that delivery..Im sorting that out now- do you want it today? So my plastering crew turned up to no materials. Off to another job then So thanks TP thats the second time you have pulled the accident excuse. By the way, a local firm in Tipton agreed a price fully 40 cheaper and delivered in 3 hours. That is customer service. TP are a shower, staffed by incompetents ( you know who you are, sweets) and disingenuous sales and management. I tried to complain on the TP website but thats hopeless too. Avoid these cowboys and girls at all costs.
