        The chair was delivered and had to go back due to the back cushions not having been fitted properly. Its now back but is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. Unusable. The heater is so poor it isnt even noticeable when it is on. The back cushions are still not right. Total waste of money. Trying to get through on the phone and get some answers is almost impossible

        From the minute we ordered service has been superb. Richard and Brian have finished assembly of the bed they cleaned up afterwards put the bed room furniture back in place could not have asked for two nicer people our no for records is 2 021srb0470
