Shouting you cant park there is a road does not say no parking

I visited yesterday and asked the assistant about wella toner and she was so rude and said that you are a hairdresser and you should know.when i went to the checkout the person on the check out asked me about my personal details and treated me if I was like a criminal they made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed.when I had my transaction completed and then I asked the person who served me that what was all this about and they asked me about all of my personal details. It has never happened before it was a one off and no other person in the store was asked their detail. I spoke to the manager and she was speaking their language and defending them. Far as I know the sale assistant is there to assist their customer. The manager said their policies is not to assist any customer and why are the sales assistant there if theyre not gonna assist. I dont understand.

I always go into the Capital in Brierley hill. I always have the best experience and the girls are so friendly and helpful. There is one particular girl Kath that always goes that extra step to help out with any issues or queries and her customer service is 10/10

The lady with dark hair behind the till was chatting away to someone so I waited patiently behind in order to ask for help. She looked at me up and down and said you need to put your bag in the locker we dont allow bags in the store. I have never heard of anything like this before, so I said its fine Im leaving anyway. She just carried on with her conversation with no care in the world. Funny that as I was walking out I realised the lady she was talking to also had a bag in her hand. Dont want to play the race card, but if the shoe fits. I have since called the number above as requested following the above reply, they had no idea what to do or who left the above message and asked me to email instead. At least if you are going to ask me to contact you provide a number of someone who can actually help or at least the name of someone who can.
