Brow Box

I had full face and eyebrows done but now my face has scratches and scabs. My face was on fire after waxing it was very red and puffy, my skin is a little sensitive but I did not think it would look or feel this bad. You should always check the skin type and sensitivity of a person's skin before doing anything. Also it is way overpriced!! I would not recommend this place. I only came here because my usual beautician was unavailable and she never leaves my face in this state! It has put me off completely I no longer want to go to salons like this face will take weeks to recover. Services: Eyebrow threading, Waxing

Asked me to come back in 20 mins for an upper lip wax/thread, when I went back I waited for the beautician to finish (which took another 10 mins) and she asked me to sit down on the treatment chair so I assumed I would be next. Instead she treated another customer before me who came for an eyebrow wax. Not sure if the other customer was prioritised because theyre of the same ethnicity. No respect for my time, poor customer service. Speaking in a nice tone doesnt make this behaviour acceptable. I wouldnt recommend this place, time wasters. Ended up going to Beauty Box down the road. Paid an extra pound for a flawless service!

went there the other day and it was in this reallyyy cool arcade style place, the ladies were really courteous and polite, i only got my nails done but they are so pretty and have lasted for ages
