        I had a mortgage advisor appointment in which the advisor who spoke to me had to be told to calm down and he was getting very frustrated. We arent all mortgage experts so we dont know everything which he expected. It sounded like an Asian chap who was acting like he doesnt want to be on the call any longer and had better things to do. Ashamed of this service given and if it wasnt for me overheating my moms conversation with the gentlemen I wouldnt have stepped in to tell him to change his tone.
