Came to a shout at dudley Town centre on 19/4/23 to my friend having a seizure. Very professional, very fast service, treated my friend with dignity and respect. I think the one paramedic was called Kai and the other was a young Irish paramedic. Can you give them both thanks from Bev and Toni

This is in praise of the 2young men ,who came to attend me at home on Bank holiday Monday ,they treated me with care and respect ,and kept me calm,they also had a wonderful sense of humour and put both my husband and myself at ease,they were very professional,but also with kindness towards my husband who is early stage Parkinson's, both of these young men were named Nathan and you should all be very proud of them, thank you boys xx
