        My wife and I have ventured onto the Houlbrook Physiotherapy on-line Stretch and Balance group. Great Joy!! Jo is SO good at making everyone feel welcome and at ease. And somehow, even via zoom, she gets us to exert ourselves just a little more than we intended!! Very clever... but also very rewarding. We feel warm and fuzzy and quite pleased with ourselves after every session. And we know we're doing ourselves a lot of good.... so thank you Jo Houlbrook. Your stretch and balance sessions are first class for those of us of a certain age!! Great fun!! Keep up the great work. Francis & Valerie xx

        Joanne is a great physio. She is clear, thorough, friendly, very easy to work with and helped me address my wrist problems. She even took the time to email me what she advised me to do after the session including diagrams and explanations of the exercises. I loved that she took the time to explain what the purpose of icing and the exercises were i.e. what role they play
