Despite most practices being bad, at least you can see a doctor within a week or 2 weeks at worst. Its still a good practice. Very good doctors.

What once used to be a good practice with top doctors and staff, has now the most horrendous reception team, bad attitude, unwilling to help, speak to you like you don't know anything. Don't know their policies, each and every staff advice differently and follow different protocols, big let down for the practice. Get rid of them I say!

Absolutely disappointed and very upset with the way I have been treated by members of the reception team. I had called in today to explain I needed a repeat prescription of my asmtha pump. When doing so I was first told by a member of staff the following ' I don't understand why people leave it so last minute and ask for medication on the same day' I had to explain I am newly experiencing asmtha and I did not realise the pump was about to run out. I was then told someone would call me back later on to discuss if I could get my prescription or not. I was called back at 17:08 by another member of the reception team to say the doctor needed to speak to me and the next available appointment was on 4th May I agreed as I had felt myself that my asmtha was not controlled. After agreeing I asked AGAIN for my prescription and was told the doctor did not agree to give me it and he needed to talk to me first. The doctor had said I should go without a n inhaler(to help me breathe) and I had to wait to talk to him in order to get a prescription. When I had confronted the receptionist and said I will get an asmtha attack I cannot survive that long without an inhaler I was plainly told to go to AnE, which is ridiculous as I had told her I had just given birth and I could not leave my 2 children. I find it hard to believe a doctor who knows I have newly been diagnosed with asmtha and haven't found the right treatment to control it yet has refused to talk to me and discuss treatment. My doctor is expecting me to go 10 days without an inhaler when I can barely go 30 mins.
