Everyone I've spoken to have been so friendly throughout the process of having my car repaired after an accident, they were super informative and have kept us upto date every step of the way. They liaised with all parties, organising collection of my car from storage to be delivered and they have even arranged for my car to be dropped off at our home for convenience which has helped us massively in a very stressful week. They email promptly and call with any updates and when we should expect updates by and I have been immediately given information on the guarantees for all parts and the paintwork which is fabulous before the car has even been delivered.
