Purchased the voyager climbing frame from here! Great price and quality. Could not fault the customer service from this company went above and beyond to ensure I had the product in time for my childs birthday! Do plan time to assemble the product. Definitely recommend.

Ordered jungle gym item via this company, never arrived but charged me 700 anyway. Customer service advised it wasnt their issue and I need to contact jungle gym who arent interested either. Disgusting

Ordered climbing frame through jungle gym but parts delivered by The distributor creative garden supplies. We ordered in April and still do not have all our parts. Jungle gym have blamed the distributor for this. Most of the wood was delivered warped and split which is apparently completely acceptable. They will only replace if the wood is split by more than a 1/4 of the width or length. A lot of the splits are where you expect to drill the holes. Please note the wood does NOT come pre drilled. The instructions are terrible, thats if you receive them all as we only got half. DO NOT BUY. This has caused us huge amounts of stress and we still are unable to build a climbing frame. I cant believe we spent so much money on a pile of cracked wood. We are afraid we will not get a refund if we return the Items we do have as our experience so far has been horrendous.

Do not buy ! Had a delivery over a week ago with wrong colour slide and almost all pieces of wood damaged. Numerous phone calls to a voice message saying email them. Numerous emails and still no reply. Shocking

Pieces missing from original delivery, other items out of stock and had to wait, when they finally arrived this week with instructions, found out we were missing timbers from original delivery, emailed this week, had no reply, shocking customer service. Kids still without a climbing frame after 8 weeks from original order!!!
