        Recently I moved into my new house and noticed that the previous tenant has forgotten to cancel a routine cleaning service. Therefore, I called the company to let them know. I was received by a lady at 11:55am on 25/11/2022 who was very short and angry with me. She said it was my problem and that I need to contact the previous tenants myself. When I asked for her name she said 'I will not give you my name' and then abruptly said bye and hung up. Something done out of goodwill has turned into a nasty unprovoked call. Please can this be addressed?
