Shocking overpriced. Gf tried to use their service and support was rude and unhelpful.

Unbelievably expensive. Don't ask them anything and don't expect any answer, the person who replies emails is extremely rube and unhelpful. I am surprised this place is still running. That is ridiculous, my comment is totally true and a reflection of what happened. The shop owner cannot just reply and say it is spam. What do I get out of this? I am only trying to remind people of how unreasonable I am being treated as a customer. It's unacceptable for a customer to be treated in such an arrogant manner. When I emailed the place multiple times for help, the person I contacted wasn't willing to be helpful, despite I asked politely. Instead of simply answering my question, they instructed me to look at the website. This was an unnecessary and rude response - one that shouldn't be tolerated.
