Very friendly martial arts school with classes for children and adults. Classes for children are great and there is carefully designed viewing area for parents to watch without distracting the children. Free tea and biscuits while you wait.

A very well organised karate school with talented instructors who have high expectations whilst also making my children feel welcome, skilled and empowered every week. Modern facilities with ample parking and a very comfortable viewing area for parents - not to mention the free tea and coffee which is a welcome bonus during a hectic evening! In addition to the school, the club also offers parties. We booked one for my son and I would highly recommend. Gina ran the whole thing with energy and skill. The whole package is provided from invites to the cake. Fabulous solution for a busy mum. Thanks again Adrenaline.

Amazing to watch as your child takes part in the group examination, lots of shouting and movement as you'd expect. You register at the reception, pickup your complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits, then take a seat (outside, so be weather prepared) and then sit back and watch progress happen Great establishment and service!
