        They send damaged products and then not respond at all to any after sell enquiries you might have. I shop online to save time. When have to deal with companies like this who waste a lot of my time and energy I prefer to pay more and get my product in shape as ordered. They do not check quality of products send to their customers. Do not order from them! By the way it would be nice if you do not write of your own reviews! You need to earn 5 stars!

        Aman provided expert and professional advice regarding a very rare and unconventional Mortice Lock! He was extremely helpful and has potentially saved me over 1000+ due to not needing to replace a door anymore. He took his time with me on the phone and patiently explained in plain English what I needed. We need more Amans in the world! Thank you so much and God bless
