Simon is a great guy, diagnosed my issue from communication and pictures, ordered parts, came to my house the same week, and sorted the issue as per initial diagnosis. Great service all round Sent a video on WhatsApp to the engineer. Looked at it and gave a price over the phone. Completed the work next day and everything great.highly recommended

Booked in for a samsung back-light to be rectified after reading positive reviews but sould of also read the negative reviews as well. Obviously no respect for customers by making them wait around all day then doesn't bother to turn up or even respond voice mail calls, why even waste someone's time when a more reputable TV repair business could of turned up? Very disappointing especially during a recession when you'd think they'd be happy to have the custom. Extra edit, Simon texted to apologise for a miscommunication for having to cancel & rearrange to repair the TV
