Been in today for toys to take back to Oz with me for my boy! Great selection, especially Kong toys, great prices too. My parents go in all the time for their boys' raw food!! Great raw food!

My order was cancelled for some unknown reason , wish I knew earlier as I would have went to pets at home instead . Still advertised in stock online but at a much higher price. Unlikely to use company again .

Edit * this company needs to learn n to read as my complaint is about them telling me that I can't return the unopened bag, like the law states im allowed to. This is one of the rudest companies ive ever had the misfortune to buy from Disgusting company. I orderes over 100 worth of dog food but my pup didn't like it, i emailed to asked if i could send the unopened one back aswell as the open one, i was not sure if you could send ooen food back so i asked. I was told i cant send them back and In a very shoty blunt email. I thought not being able to send the open one back was completely fair enough but asked why i couldn't send the unopened bag back and i have been completely ignored. I just think its so unprofessional and unnecessary. I wouldn't ever purchase anything from thwm again now and am leaving a bad review. With the ever growing cost of living you'd think they would help there customers and in return the customers would support your company in hard times but for me youve lost a customer for good
