For example, they charge 1,550 for a horse and carriage (cost price is 750), meaning they profit from this service to the tune of 800 - despite already making a 50%+ margin and only needing to make one phone call to arrange it.
Their total cost came in at over 6,500 based on my requirements. Eventually, I received a BEAUTIFUL service, including everything, for under 3,500.
Sadly, it seems this company is most interested in profiteering during times of extreme grief after the loss of a loved one.
