Possibly the worst boots in the UK, always late opening, then you have to wait for the computers. Zero people skills on top

Omg answer the phone. It's ridiculous. My medication was sent over Tuesday. I'm trying to see if it's ready which means making a unnecessary trip up there because it might not even be ready, if you answered the phone I'd know.

Always an unpleasant experience. I've been about 10 times. Staff isn't nice. Not enough staff which is probably why they're not very nice. Very long queues. Staff don't know how to stop a conversation and move customers along. No makeup products are sold here. The shop itself is a little dilapidated. People go here when they literally have no other choice.
