If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my watch to have the battery replaced , on recieving my watch back which I stupidly didn't check until arriving home , I noticed the second hand not working and the main hand of the watch just floating about, aswell as scratches all over the back of the watch and along the face. When I went back into the shop they told me the watch was already in that condition and they had replaced the battery which they was asked to do. And the scratches on the back of the watch is because they had struggled with getting the back off. With numours attempts for them to have my watch repaired correctly, refund my money and the cost of my watch , I eventually gave up after many letters sent back and forth I decided to take my watch to another independent repairers, which had told.me it had been dropped whist the back of the watch had been off. Avoid this place if you have an expensive watch as they will destroy it and not be accountable for it.

The review made by Anthony Wall was correct not fake.. I collected this watch on his behalf, it was by far not in the condition it was received by JD Carroll. The staff were obnoxious, rude and had total disregard to the error they'd made to this watch. They said never mind we'll give the back a buff see if scratches we made will come out. If you have an expensive watch steer clear of this place.
