The garage completed an oil cooler change at a very reasonable price compared to some other places. There were a couple of issues after the work had been done but were rectified fairly quickly. Overall a good experience.

Awful garage and rude staff. One of the idiots at reception told me I needed to get a new exhaust.. 1 month later and 750 down a new one arrived. I took my car to a separate garage to get it fitted and they said it didnt need a new exhaust in the first place. Massive waste of money and now my car is worse off with an after-market exhaust. Every time I've been here I've been disappointed. Once they left a wrench jammed into the side of my suspension and I was driving round for a month without knowing until my car start to make 'weird noises'. I find it hard to believe any of the positive reviews left for them on here. Services: Auto emissions testing, Transmission repair, Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Exhaust

Wasted all day for just an hour Job. They was Asked me to drop the car by 10am and collect it at 4pm. It was just a service

My car was collected for a service yesterday. This was the first time using Mastertech Assist - the service and communication from the staff here is great. I was really impressed with how thorough, professional and helpful the team are - from providing detailed quotes, emailing and calling when they said they would, to keeping me up-to-date with collection, progress on the car whilst they had it and answering any questions. Special mention to both Amanda and Julie who were fab! Service: Auto maintenance
