East Manchester Service Station

Using my husbands name on this feedback and cant seem to change! I have been using East Manchester Garage for a few years now after it being recommended to me by my dad Les. I have found the service to be brilliant! Communication clear and work completed with no issues. I will keep using the garage moving forward. I felt the need to provide some positive feedback as usually people tend to take time to give bad feedback and not for good feedback:)

Just used them once, air conditioning gas problems, Toyota said they will charge 135 for diagnostic only and repair on top, east Manchester guys just charged me 90 and over 2 years it worked perfectly. Returned another 10 months and still working, 13 years old car but air conditioning works like new

I have been coming here for years and I would not go anywhere else. They always get my car fixed quickly and the service you receive is amazing. I will highly recommend Services: Exhaust, Battery, Brake service & repair, Electrical, Brakes, Oil change, Electrical repair

Done a good job on the date specified but personally 405 for a starter motor seems very overpriced but I guess people will make there own minds up

I phoned on Friday to ask if they could look at my rear window demister as one of the connections was broken. Lady on the phone told me they couldn't look at it until Tuesday. I booked in and went on Tuesday morning. When I got there the lady was not interested in good mornings or general chit chat about the traffic taking an hour to get there etc, like you do, she wanted to look at the problem. We went outside and I showed her the connection, she said ok the connection is broke (really?)...we went back in and checking my phone number she said they would phone me with a price. I told her I had come to get it fixed as arranged over the phone. She told me to wait maybe 5 mins for someone to price it up for me then 10 mins later proceeded to take her dog for a walk and left me there in a freezing cold waiting room. Overall, I found this lady to be borderline rude. Another 10 mins later, a customer came in and a member of staff came out of the back to speak to him i told him I couldn't wait any longer and asked to be telephoned with a quote...I'm still waiting . Well actually I'm not..I won't be going here again. Was the job not big enough ? Is it because I'm a woman?
