I appointed PCC Ltd to chase a miss sold Defined Benefits pension which I transferred out of 5 Years ago with IFA advice. I have just received a substantial payout, but apart from this PCC has continuously updated me on my claim process every fortnight over the last 8 months. This is unheard of with any company Iv'e had to deal with in the past, we are all usually kept in the dark! I couldn't have asked for more whatever my outcome! Their fees are also very reasonable, I had many Cold Calling "Sharks" trying to chase my pension, but they wanted 33% of any claim, So Beware!! Hats Off to you PCC! Excellent !!

I would recommend this company who have successfully pursued a claim on my behalf when I had considered the issue too complicated to pursue myself. Good communication at all stages and an excellent result. Thank you all.

I can't thank PCC enough on the handling of my military pension case which turned into being a scam. I was awarded a settlement through the FSCS. Sarah and Megan kept me up to date throughout the duration and I am overjoyed to say the least. My husband is also awaiting from the FOS on a very similar case. A special mention to Dave Madden who approached my husband to highlight both cases.
